8″ Chef knife and 7″ Santoku: Our most popular all-rounder knives. These knives are sharp enough to slice through tough meat and easy enough to chop through vegetables. Crafted with a hammer forged finish to help prevent food from sticking to the blade as you cut.

8″ Bread Knife:  Perfectly slices through bread. It allows you to saw through a tough crust without mangling or compressing the tender crumb within.

8″ Slicing Knife: The blade is more flexible and longer than a regular carving knife. Slicing knives are perfect to cut thinner slices of roast, fruits and vegetables.

7″ Cleaver knife: Largely used as a butcher knife intended for hacking through bone. The knife’s broad side can also be used for crushing in food preparation (such as garlic)

6″ Boning knife: The special curved blade of the knife allows you to cut meat away from bones and joints from meat and fish, and its flexibility allows for thin, precise cuts.

5″ Santoku knife: A smaller Santoku knife to easily chop through vegetables. Crafted with a hammer forged finish to help prevent food from sticking to the blade as you cut.

3.5 Inch Paring Knife: This is a straight-edge multi-function knife that has many uses. Due to its size, the paring knife is a good tool for any food that requires attention to detail. Ideal for peeling and paring ingredients.

    I very very highly recommend this set of absolutely beautifully crafted knives. Whether your a backyard or restaurant owner chef etc. I'm sure that any expectations you might have, they will certainly exceed your level. I have a couple of so called high end knives I've picked up through the years. These are definitely just as and even better than the small collection that I have acquired through time.     These knives have a nice heft to them and they feel good in both my BF’s baseball mitt-sized hands and my female normal-sized hands.I love the 8” bread knife. It cuts my bread maker bread cleanly without crushing the crust. The shears cut chicken bones like they’re paper. The utility knife is my go-to and it cuts veggies, meats and seafood like a champ.We are really pleased with these knives.

    Love, love, love these knives. I had decent knives before but had to sharpen those bad boys on the regular. Got these gems for my father, and holy cannoli I had forgotten what a sharp knife was. Now look, you have to take care of nice knives. For the love of everything holy don’t put these in the dishwasher. For Pete’s sake that’s such a rookie move. Wash and dry and store after use like a rational human being or they will get little rust spots. Treat them well and they will treat you well!

    I hunted for weeks on the best knife set within my budget. I wasnt paying $1000, I knew that. I used to have a Henkels international premio set that I paid like $200 bucks for and wasnt impressed. These on the other hand are pretty great. Wanted the black knife block and aside from 8 steak knives the assortment of blade sizes and styles seemed logical to me. (Scissors are big and bad) All the knives are razor sharp, I bled for an hour after unpacking these. (Seriously) I use them regularly and as long as you wash them by hand and dry immediately, you're probably good to go. Best knives i've ever had honestly. Normal dude that cooks his own dinners, cuz i'm a big boy.

    We bought these a few weeks ago to replace a very bad set lol. The knives are very sharp (did I mention VERY?) The sizes are a good selection and we have no complaints. The seem to hold their edge quite well. I guess the only negative I might have is no cleaver was included. If they stay sharp and stay together we will do another update in 6 months or so but for the money We believe they are fantastic.

    From the unboxing to the set up I was impressed. Each knife was individually wrapped, sheathed, and had a plastic tip protector to ensure the blades stayed pristine and to protect the end user during set up. The package arrived in pristine shape and on time.While unboxing and putting the knives into the block I discovered that I had received 2 of the 8 inch bread knives instead of the 8 inch carving knife. I emailed the company directly and had a genuine response with a resolution in less than 24 hours apologizing for the inconvenience. They really are a hands on company that puts the customer first.The edge on these knives is incredible. They are incredibly sharp and fit well in your hand making quick work of food prep. They are an excellent bargain and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high quality kitchen knives from a company that stands by their products.
