    Very easy to use, and gets my cheaper knifes sharp. The sharpener stayed in place and felt very sturdy while using. The directions are very easy to understand. The only thing that wasn’t as clear is how much pressure should you put on the knife when swiping it through the slots.

    Our knives are 10+ years old. We are getting married in May and have a knife block on our registry. However our knives were so dead that we needed to take action before we get our new set.I ordered this sharpening kit and I used it tonight on our knives... the knives are now like new. It’s amazing how well this inexpensive gadget works. Our knives are so sharp that If you ran your finger Against the blade, you will slice your finger. I tested It out with cherry tomatoes. If you can slice through those bad boys, then you can slice anything. I would know, I went To culinary school.. granted I studied sales and marketing, but those mofo’s are sharper than sharper image on a rainy Saturday afternoon.Buy this product and you will thank me.Also... this company should pay me, or at the very least hook me up with some stuff.Deadass tho.. this product is amazing. You won’t be disappointed.

    I bought it because it was recommended by Prime and immediately started to sharpen my steel knifes. It works very well with only 10/15 backward moves. Also very secure operation : solidly standing, secure handing and it comes with a special glove for the non-dominant hand (very clever !). Did not try with ceramic knifes.

    I use this to sharpen almost all my knives at home. However theres a slight small issue with this and that is you need to pull hard on the rings with the knife. Also apply a little water on the knife before rubbing it on the device.

    I was fully expecting to return this product after testing. To my surprise & satisfaction, the thing actually worked. All of our smooth knives cut like new now. It is very easy to use, compact & works well. I would strongly recommend to anyone with dull knives.
