    The item works as expected. I had to use the softest/lowest level. It is very powerful so make sure you can tolerate the suction. I like that you just need to recharge the device. Very portable and easy to clean. My nose (where i see the most blackheads) was smooth after and removed most of the blackheads.

    I have PCOS and as a result adult acne. My skincare regimen consists of moisturizers, salicylic acid, and the occasional charcoal mask. I'm able to pull a lot of gunk out of my pores but wanted to try a pore vacuum. I went through all of my normal routine except moisturizing and used this vacuum shortly after it arrived. I was disgusted by what I was able to pull out, and I started on the lowest setting. Even using it every day I manage to pull out a decent amount of sebum. I will say, it is very easy to burst blood vessels under your skin if you are not careful, or while trying to pull out a blackhead that is deeply rooted.Since using this the number of white heads, blackheads, and cystic acne on my face has greatly diminished. The only time I now have a breakout is around my period. I love this product, even if it grosses me out daily!

    This product worked very well to get blackheads and whiteheads and its important to follow directions. Make sure to steam your face well beforehand (as the directions say) as it helps remove the troublesome spots easier. Also, you should use at night before bedtime as there is redness after use. The results were more noticeable the following day when the redness subsided.

    I enjoyed this very much, the suction is on 100%, I get these blackheads all the time and have been trying different masks and things to get them out and I haven't found one that worked and now I have this thing worked really well and I hope other people come to try it out.

    I mainly used it for my blackheads on my nose, I don't often take care of cleaning my nose during the shower and the blackhead keeps on accumulating. This device after using it for a month takes care of my blackheads for good. The skin around the nose feels smooth and flawless.

    I've tried a different blackhead tool similar (similar brand/proce point) to this before and was incredibly disappointed by the lack of suction, so I have to tell you I was very impressed by this blackhead vacuum!The suction power on this little thing was way more than I was expecting!I dont have blackheads but the pores around my nose get really clogged and oily, prone to breakouts, I used this several times over the course of a few days and my nose felt clean, smooth, and exfoliated!I kept my skin wet as I used the vacuum and used it on the lowest setting and so far I've been happy with how it has worked. I also tried it on my husband and was just in awe of how much dirt, grime, dead skin, and white heads it lifted from his nose area.I'm going to keep using it regularly and I'll update the review if anything changes, but so far so good!!

    OMG! I’m absolutely amazed by this Blackhead Remover, really! I was afraid to damage my skin at the beginning but it’s just incredible. I followed all the directions to use properly and avoid skin damage because my skin is a little too sensitive, but even so I was able to use all suction power intensities to really remove the blackheads and my skin looks so much better and healthier! It really removes all blackheads, I noticed a huge difference after the first time I used and now I’ve been using ever week as a new step on my skin care routine and I’m loving it!!! It cakes with five different suction heads and four suction force levels. At the beginning I didn’t know which one would be the best but the directions helped a lot with that. It’s very easy to clean and I loved the colors of the product, white and gold! It’s amazing, three of my girlfriends already bought it. Life changing!!

    This product is incredible. I took a shower and used it right after since you are supposed to steam and open your pores up before use. The amount of gunk I got out of my face was amazing and also disgusting. However, like many have said, this suction power is intense. I never moved past the lowest setting and still ended up accidentally giving myself face hickeys. I will have to make sure to keep it there very very briefly, maybe only one second for me, but I am not going anywhere and the fact that it worked so great is worth it. I will have to just practice to make sure I don't keep messing up my face, but it did the exact think I was looking for. I hope this can help my face look smoother with continued use since I shouldn't have as much gunk in my face anymore!

    This is just what I needed! Great product, comes with 5 different tops for different goals and a manual of instructions about the differences. The suction is powerful! It works very well, specially on firm skin, like the nose (see the picture for example, all that was from my nose!). On looser skin is good to hold around to make it more sturdy. Definitely recommend it!

    This thing can suck! I didn't listen to my friend and put it on the highest setting... in my cheek. Gave myself a small hickey! GREAT PRODUCT!!! Just start out light and work your way up to the desired suction.

    This thing is great. I have a skin-picking disorder and endlessly try to mess with blackheads and the like, but with this I can fix them without destroying my skin in the process.I was surprised at how well-made it is, it doesn't feel like cheap junk at all for the price! The alternate heads are nice but I don't think they're needed. The USB power is also fantastic and it even comes with a cord. The world would be a bit better place if more consumer products switched to USB.You definitely have to get your skin soft for it to work. I use it after a long hot shower, otherwise nothing's gonna come out!My ONLY complaint is that the power button can be a little too easy to hit due to the shape.
