Helps with knee pain as soon as you rub it in. But after a few weeks of daily use, the spring in my knees is coming back. Works great! I highly recommend for osteoarthritis, knee pain, etc.

I really like these patches to relieve pain. I strained my neck and I tried all kinds of things from the pharmacy and nothing worked. This patch was really sticky, it stayed all night, and in the morning I felt much better. I also like that the smell is not too strong, and the color of the patches are brown, so they are not as visible as white hot and cold. I like them. Very helpful with small aches and pains

I was exhausted all week after moving. The old back and muscle were sore and tired. I needed a little heat and ice to get circulation to my sore muscles. My wife got these the other day and had me put a big one on my lower to mid back. I had it on all most of the day and I have to say it helped my sore muscle. The patch covered a good portion of my back and after a half a day I would have to say it worked. Loved how it soothed my sore back.

I received the stickers and bought them for the first time. The foot paste is firm. Don't worry about falling. It feels warm against your feet. It's very comfortable. It has a faint taste of mugwort. It's dark and sticky in the morning. It's supposed to drain the moisture.

Â Since I work with my mouse for my work my wrist is always suffering from pain so I bought this Pain Relef Patch. I attached one of them over my wrist right after I got this and I felt so comfortable and warmth as time by. It definitely makes my pain go away. Strongly suggest this product for sure!

My knee has been hurting, especially when walking is particularly inconvenient. After the knee is fixed, it is very warm and comfortable. After using it for a while, I feel that my knee is not so painful. This is indeed a very good product. I will always use it and then buy it again.

They are wonderful! I have arthritis, fibro and nerve damage from surgery, so a lot of pain from different areas. I use them for my feet and for an upper arm pain. They won't stay too well on your hands unless you cut them smallish and use a Tegaderm Transparent Dressing to hold them on. They cut well. I use 1/2 on each foot when I have foot pain. I order 3 boxes at a time so I am always sure to have some on hand. I don't use them all the time but when I need them, they are wonderful. Keeps you from having to take pills.

I bought it to my mother. It feels hot on my knee. It relieves the pain after a while. There is water on my knee. If you walk more, it will hurt. It's very good to paste it. I'll buy more later

This is probably the large size, which can provide excellent relief for all kinds of areas. The large size adheres really well, the small size is actually a bit too small and does not always adhere well but also provides adequate relief, except in a much smaller area, of course. The initially somewhat overwhelming medicinal smell evaporates very fast.

Very good very good, take back I tried a stick.The swelling in my leg seems to have lessened.I've used a lot of drugs before, but this is a very good one.It's cool at first, but then it gets hot, and my legs feel better, and it's a very subtle thing, and I think I'll keep using it and I'll be the same, and I'm looking forward to it.

Great for sore knees.If you leave them on to long it begins to burn. I noticed if I take them off right before a shower it also feels like it's burning under a resonable temperature. I recommended to all my friends and family. Totally buying it again!

I'm in line for a knee replacement. In the interim I've tried everything I could find to alleviate the knee pain. These pads have worked wonders. I no longer have to wear a brace to bed to hold the knee in position to minimize pain. Highly recommend these pads.

I have a torn Meniscus Tendon in my knee. The surgeon is having me wait to see if it repairs itself or if I need surgery. I have a constant low grade pain. I tried a patch yesterday afternoon. The glue sticks well. The herbs have a pleasant odor. The shape easily conformed to my knee shape. Best of all, the pain dissipated within an hour of application. It worked so well, I overdid using it which is not the patches fault. I plan to order more of this product to help with my knee pain.
