I suffer from neck pain constantly. I was on a roll where I had bad neck pain and tension headaches for at least a week straight, so I bought this pillow in hopes of curing it. The first night using this was the first time in days I didn't wake up with neck pain. However, the couple of days after that my neck pain was back. So this wasn't a miracle worker. After using my old pillow again for a week and then switching back to this one, again I woke up without neck pain. Maybe it depends on how I'm sleeping on it. It is a little awkward and uncomfortable in certain spots/positions. But overall, hopefully it will help my neck pain when nothing else helps.

I got this pillow because I have really bad issues with my neck from working at . Every time I wake up in the morning, my neck doesn't feel stiff. Usually my head will roll off my pillows and there will be a crank in my neck when I wake up. This pillow cradles, your head is so well that you rarely have to worry about rolling around the bed. As a back sleeper and occasionally side sleeper I looked for the right pillow for neck support for a long time. Long time I used no pillow or bunched up sheets. I saw this item recommended on a message board and tried it. I was hesitant because most pillows are too thick for me since I don't like to sleep with a bent neck. I promptly removed the insert to lower the thickness. It was still a little thick so I turned the pillow 180 degrees and that side is thinner but still has cervical curve and support. After the pillow breaks in I'll probably turn it again to the thicker side. It's a little warm being it's memory foam and polyester casing, so I use a cotton pillow case with it to help. I've actually been sleeping better and my neck feels better being supported, and I can sleep on my back with my head resting slightly to the side on the pillows humps. Very glad

I’ve been using this for a couple weeks and absolutely love it. I’m a mostly side sleeper, sometimes back sleeper and it’s perfect. I’m 5’4” with a small frame and didn’t need to adjust the height.
