    it works great! I have been dealing with cystic acne at 50.years old. Tried everything.

    Most was on either side of my mouth or chin area snd cheeks.
    This does get warm.when you turn it on. I used serum as suggested, used it on my whole face
    I did not look in the mirror after I had used it, but when getting ready to brush my teeth, I looked in the mirror
