    When I first received the pillow, it wasn’t high enough for me. I called customer service, and an insert was sent right away. Would highly recommend, especially for those who have neck soreness from time to time.

    I'm 8 month pregnant and my back is my main issue at night time, pregnancy pillow didn't help me since the problem coming from the neck to the back and to the rest of the body, this pillow changed it all after 2 nights, first night I needed to get use to the shape of it, second night I slept well. I'm not the kind that normally buy pillows over 5$ but this was worth every $ I invested.

    I bought this pillow and had a nap on it. My neck was very sore. I went back and looked at how the model was positioning it and some of the negative reviews shows the pillow upside down. That’s how i had it. I flipped it the way the model had it and it worked great! Sometimes it’s not the pillow it’s the user.

    The product is high quality, comfortable and even the material of the pillow case is nice. The shaping in the middle is very comfortable and my neck gets a lot of relief from this product. The included slipcover is very comfortable and neat.

    buying few pillows Before I was feeling unwell after sleep feel neck pain. Since using this feel the pillow just fits my head and neck well, sleeping and getting up won't make me feel neck pain and sleep much more comfortable than before.

    Awesome pillow! I brought it cause my old dorm pillow is failing softly apart. This one is soft enough for your head yet will not collapse in time. I found another use is that is a good back support as I like on bedside. I really like the special neck support as well. A pillow is for the neck not for the heads. This babe will correct you from a bad habit.

    I have been using it for a while before this comment, and I want to say it’s really comfortable! There are multiple angles and thickness you can find on this pillow, and you will always find your dish! I was having bad neck ache using normal pillows, because they are fluffy and not bouncing. This pillow saved my neck and life.

    I purchased one of the pillows on September 19th for a loved one. They love the pillow so much. I asked to try it for one night. I tried it and Loved it to the point I purchased my own on September 26th. My loved one was not able to sleep good the night I tried theirs. I get the best sleep now. My sleep is better than it has I ever been. This pillow is a great gift for a loved one and yourself.

    The pillow is very comfortable for a person who always complains the neck problem. I really like the taller spot which is good supported and nice for side sleepers. I got a similar one from a local store but it has a strong smell so I bought this one and it is a good buy. I like using it on the firm mattress.

    This pillow comes with a free pillow case，the pillowcase is pure cotton ，the back has a invisible zipper that can be removed ，it’s washable ，it’s very comfortable for side sleeping，its firm enough for support ，but still soft enough to be comfortable ，my neck feels better after switching out my old regular pillow ．
