Adjustment is extremely easy (& quick) with a built-in dial.
If you don’t have a prescription or hearing test, that’s fine! Simply start at the lowest setting and slowly adjust the amount of hearing support until you’re able to hear normally again.
How to Use The Hearing Co™️
Every single part of our hearing aids were specifically designed to be extremely easy to use, even with shaky hands.
The On/Off switch is easily accessible at the front of each hearing aid with an ergonomically shaped button.
At the bottom of each hearing aid you’ll find an easily accessible dial to adjust the amount of hearing support you get. Which can be adjusted from 10-70 DB in seconds using the tool included with your order.
If you ever misplace your adjustment tool, a new one will be sent to you free of charge.
