Within the first day, I felt so much better. I will check my blood sugar tomorrow morning. My feet were not sore today either. I see some negative reviews saying that the product does not work. My question for you is are you peeling the adhesive cover over the round part of the patch or just the square adhesive. The chinese herbs are in the round part of the patch. You have to remove the covering off of the round part of the patch too. If you did not do that, it will not get absorbed into your bloodstream.

This has been very helpful for me. But A QUESTION, after wearing the patch for 3-4 days all day long the skin around my navel became very irritated.
