    I was pretty sure no sleep mask would be comfortable or really keep out the light. I don’t like things around my head or face and I’ve just never had one that really cut off your view.     I sleep with a cpap and air will leak right in my eyes sometime so my eyes are dry and I cant see I see spots all day so I try this mask and it works great no dry eyes and I can see better and the best part I sleep longer

    I purchased this item because sometime I meditate during the day sometimes. It is excellemt for keeping the light out, its comfortable and fits well. But because of the material its made of,velvety- it got a lilttle to warm after awhile, but its summertime and this may be a benefit when the weather changes. Everyone has different body tempertures I definitely recommend it
