Handcrafted from high-carbon steel using ancient Far Eastern techniques, made by experienced blacksmiths, cut and chop anything with this versatile hardened carbon steel blade. Whether it is vegetables, meat or even wood, it cuts effortlessly through everything.

Features of Promaja™ Serbian Chef’s Knife

Handcrafted

This unique and rare knife is forged and shaped by hand before being heat treated using the traditional techniques of master blacksmiths. The old hardening technology passed on from generation to generation gives the knife an HRC of 59. In addition, the physical density and rigidity of this knife are greatly improved by repeated hammering by experienced blacksmiths.

Perfect Shape

Manufactured for over 20 years, this model and is the result of endless trial and error. It could not have been more perfect!

It has recently been popularized by AlmazanKitchen on YouTube.

Multifunction

Can be used to cut anything: from vegetables to meat, nothing can resist it! Due to its width, the blade can also be used as a spatula.

Carbon Steel Blade

    Very sturdy, solid knife. I like the fact that it’s one piece of steel from the blade through the handle. It’s very well balanced, and the height adds a bit of leverage enabling you to chop vegetables/meat with ease and speed. I also love the finish of the handle. This is a lot of value for the money. People are paying twice as much on other sites for the same knife. EXTREMELY sharp out of the box. Even still, I sharpened it slightly before I used it for the first time...I think it might cut through a lightsaber!
