    I'm not one to write reviews but this product works!I've spent so much money on private treatments I wish I had found this sooner.Ok, it looks like a piece of sturdy plastic when it arrives and I was very skeptical but for the price I had nothing to lose!I struggled slightly getting the two pieces to fit together but once I did the benefits were felt almost instantly. You can actually feel your spine being stretched and tensed muscles releaxing from the 1st use.My only advice would be not to jump too soon onto the next level. I've had lower back pain for months and after a couple of times using this I decided I would try the next level. Again I felt the benefits but it was a little more painful so I'd say stick to level one for at least 7 to 10 days before going to level 2.I'd recommend this to anyone suffer with back pain like I have.

    It is good but as I suffer from a really sore back it can be difficult to both position myself onto the stretcher and then again when I try to come off of it. Not sure if I'm doing it right as the level of pain is such that my breathing goes sharp/short and raspy.

    For about a year i suffered issues with my lower back and a pain in the buttocks. I have had a few sessions of physiotherapy but that got put on hold due to the covid. One of these appeared on my facebook feeds and the reviews were fairly good.Found this item on here and though for the price of a physio session could see if this would help. I have had it about a month now. I used it twice a day for the first week or so, then once a day, now every couple of days and i will honestly say my lower back issues appear to have gone.Now - did this device do this i can't be sure. It might be a few things, like i am sitting straighter, i don't knwo... all i do know is that i have used this and im feeling better. Everyones mileage will vary but all the postive reviews would suggest these is in fact a good item for back pain!.One critisim is that its quite painful to roll off - it starts of uncomfortable - you get used to it then you have to roll off it.....But, my back feels better - no pain no g...More

    I am so impressed with this little device. I was recommended this by someone and I thought it was worth a try.     Suffer periodic lower back pain from poor sofa posture & after long bike rides. This product really works to eliminate the aches & I’ve noticed I walk with a much improved ‘shoulders back’ posture since using it - twice a day for 5/6 minutes on the middle setting. Highly recommended!

    I was a bit skeptical of this, with it being such a simple object I did question its ability to perform the desired task. Anyway, I’ve suffered with lower back pain throughout my entire adult life, due to poor posture and minor injuries I’ve picked up, but I do try to regularly spend a couple minutes a day doing exercises to keep things freed up as best as they can be. For my first try I tried setting one first, and barely felt any stretch. I spent a few minutes like this before moving to the second setting. This setting definitely got the arch just right and I spent over 5 minutes relaxing at full stretch (arms + legs extended). I tried the third setting and this really did arch my back and with arms and legs extended it was bordering on painful, but I persevered for a few minutes. When done, Rather than rolling off (which I found painful), I recommend planting your feet on the ground and raising your back/bottom to move the back stretcher out of the way.after a couple of minutes I...More

    WOW!! Bought this for my mother, she has suffered for nearly a year with sciatica & lower back pain. At 73yrs old she is very active & in otherwise good health, she’s not keen on using drugs so, when I saw this I thought it was worth a go.She uses it for 5mins on the first setting twice a day.She has not had ANY pain since using it, NONE!! She can’t believe it & I am now her most favourite daughter 😊

    I’ve only had this item for about a week. During this time, I’ve used it on the lower setting and I’ve noticed the difference already. This morning I used it on the middle setting. It was uncomfortable to start with but settled down fairly quickly. Already, I’m experiencing less back and shoulder issues. I’ve bought one for my son in law hoping it will help him too. Perseverance is the key. I just wish I’d known about these earlier.

    Amazing.Has done wonders for my back since working from home. Never had back pain before lock down.Don't over do it as it could cause some damage. I do 5 minutes a day on the second height, deep breaths as you ease down as it can feel quite painful at first (that might just be my own pain though) but the more your body relaxes the more this device really works!I also do some general standing back stretches.

    I received this on 4th July. I had been suffering from back pain and sciatic nerve pain for a few weeks. It was slowly going away, but still stopping me from getting back to exercising. Having used this for 4 days now the back pain is entirely gone and the sciatic nerve pain has eased significantly. I spent £20 on this, but I would have happily paid much more given how well it has worked.

    I love this back stretching device. I use it twice a day for the recommended 5 mins. Always after walking 3 or 4 miles and after a yoga session or before bedtime.I have 4 herniated discs - obviously it cannot cure spinal issues such as this but it certainly helps to alleviate some of the pain. I do cat and cow and downward dog after the 30 seconds resting period to counteract the arching of the back. Highly recommended.
