   I bought this product to relieve knee pain and I was surprised it is realworks. Lightweight, comfortable, it really massages and warms up muscles.It relaxes well, relieves pain and tension in the knees. The device can also be used on the calf muscle.

   I have severe arthritis in my right knee and this has been amazing with alleviating pain. The size is perfect for adjusting to whatever is needing and the cord is long enough to hook it up and use it laying in my bed. It also comes with a car charger. This is an amazing buy!

   To be honest, I did not believe this will be very effective, but I was wrong. My knees feel great after a good run, as sometimes I have knee pains. So I apply the pad. The feeling is great - comfortable, warm and soothing. The pain is going away very quickly.

   I ordered this brace for my mom who has a chronic knee pain. She started using it twice a day alternating heat and cold settings for about 3 min each session. She didn't see much change in her pain the first time, but day two ans so on, she noticed that the pain wasn't as sharp and her knee wasn't as stiff. She likes it so far and we'll continue observing the results. As for me I used it too for rejuvenating purpose and my knees feel good getting the heat and massage treatment after a day of work. As for the ice pack, the holding pouch is large in size inside the brace so any flexible ice pack fits good.

   I purchased this for my husband. 6'4" active healthy. walks 10 miles daily at his job on concrete. as with most people, thanks to an old injury, we deal with his knee almost daily but that was before this brace! tens unit above and below the knee. Ice packs. heat. creams. Massage. now, it's like a complete turnaround. the fit is good (he says he may pull it up 2 X daily) we are happy. planning to get one for the other knee soon!

   This product is amazing... it gets HOT with the wall adapter... but that’s what I was hoping for... the second setting “white light” is the perfect temp for me. Love that you can put an ice pack into the inside of the sleeve and also that it can be charged with the portable USB cable and taken on the go. Exactly what I needed for my knee pain

   To ease pain in my injured elbow, I wore this heating wrap. When I walk as my daily exercise, I used a battery pack that can recharge an iPhone four times. To my surprise, even though I set the temperature to the highest (red) all the time for over an hour, the heating wrap consumed only a quarter of the battery's capacity. Physics classes taught me that from electricity to heat is the least efficient conversion. The circuit in this wrap is truly incredible.

   My mom has arthritis in the knee. As soon as she starts to feel discomfort she puts the brace on and almost instantly feels better.When we received the first heated brace it didn’t work the next day. However, the sent us a replacement and the new one works fine.
