    I ordered on a Thursday and received by Saturday afternoon. There’s no real assembly you simply need to snap the two bar pieces together. During my 60 minute workout I was able to use the easily use the bar with my squats and other stretches. And the resistance band has a fun pink camo colored covering to protect the elastic. I love this kit and will be using it often!

    If you are looking for something that is compact and can get an entire body workout complete then this right here is it! I have resistant bands but this product with the bar makes my workouts so much better. I liked it so much I started and hourly challenge just so I can have an excuse to use it.     I used to use resistance band but in some exercise i needed a bar hence i bought this. Obviously as it has only one type of resistance band attached to it can provide much resistance but i attached my resistance tubes to this bar with hooks and now i am getting the level o resistance that i want!

    Works great for me. Ropes appear to be a little slimmer than the gym version but all connections are secure. Foam handles are fine and everything rolls up into like an 8" bag. Super portable and great for people on the go who like to work out but can't trust fitness centers in hotels.
