    I bought this to exercise my extensors and try to get relief for my overworked flexors, my hands were sore from my work. And it worked. I don't know how long they'll last I see a lot of reviewers had them snap, it seems worth it for 10 bucks though.

    My wife makes fun of me all the time for using these, but they really do work. The gripmaster hand exercisers I was using for years started to mess up my elbows. These are much easier on the elbow and have the same effect. They also have the added and not advertised benefit of annoying my wife because she thinks they look weird. Definitely an added benefit.

    I have some pain on the backside of my right thumb. When I use these exercise bands the pain goes away. My left hand is typically my strong hand, but since I have focused on my right hand it is able to work the level 2 band better than my left hand can do the level 1!
