    if you're trying to build some eye hand coordination i would highly recommend this product. Fun and challenging. My only worry is the bungee string (i hope it doesn't bust) but as of now its holding up perfectly and i have no reason to doubt that it won't continue to.

    I love it, at first I thought i wasn't gonna get it but the more I played with it the more I got good at it and today is only day 2 of having it. It works way better with boxing gloves on. My hands are small but when I put my boxing gloves on while using it, the gloves makes it so much easier to master it.

    I purchased this for myself for a little entertainment and hand/eye exercise. It took about twenty minutes for an old out of shape guy to get a good rhythm going. Of course, I had to make my wife, kids, and several friends try it. We all had fun watching each other give it a try. It's like playing paddle ball while protecting your face. But, if you do get hit, the spongey ball dose not hurt. This just might be several peoples Christmas gift this year.

    This is an amazing product for people that want to have better reflexes or have trouble focusing. I also enjoy using this product to pass time. I am a goalkeeper, so having good eye-hand coordination is very important. I have been using this everyday and I already see improvements in my reflexes.     I play college softball and after getting 2 concussions my sophomore year I have noticed my reaction time has been much slower. This really sucks since I play 3rd otherwise known as a “hot corner”. This has helped develop quicker reflexes and is so much fun. It’s a great workout and easy to lose track of time since it’s so entertaining. 10/10.

    We bought this to help our 9yr old get some energy out during quarantine. This is awesome!! He thinks it's fun, and it's fun to watch! A few times he gave the ball an upper cut and it swung around and hit him in the butt. Lol I am sure it would work great for those serious about boxing also. For us, it is a fun activity that is different and definitely can create a sweat.

    I could punch the reflex ball for hours. I usually use it to warm-up before my boxing workouts, around 10-20min, depending on how much time I have to train that day. It is highly addicting and quite fun. People will stare at you if you punch in public lol I’ve used it numerous times in a public setting to attract new boxing clients to train.
