    These resistance bands work well. Without a gym to go to they came in handy during the pandemic. Attaching them with the door adapter seems to mimic at least workout machines, but not really free weights. I would certainly buy again if for some reason I lost these.

    This is a really phenomenal set of resistance bands. I live in a small apartment, and have been desiring a means for performing at home workouts, especially in the modern world we live in.     Due to shelter in place, i had a hard time to workout and maintain my physic, so the only option was to have resistance band, but i was unsure about buying it because in market there are a lot but costly but then i saw these band and damn they work really good. The natural latex makes it really strong for some real hard workout. You can do every possible workout for biceps, triceps, back. It's really effective for a reasonable price. If you're looking for real workout for good price this is it.

It comes with a bag to put everything in and even a little pamphlet with different exercises to do. It does what it is supposed to do and has been great so far.

    High quality for a great price. They work exactly as you'd expect, the resistance feels true to the weight. Long term durability remains to be seen but there's no reason to suggest that any of the clips or straps will break loose and so far no sign that the bands themselves will degrade.If you're looking for a good at home strength workout without the price and joint strain of weights these are a great option!

    So I actually bought these resistance bands because I had an original set of a different brand that was only three of them and I love that this came with five it has the complete set!! I do all of my bicep curls and tricep pull downs squats lunges you can vary the weight resistance and these are the highest quality !
