OPERATION OF BackHealth™ Lumbar Support Belt

1 – Support: The patented Backhealth™ lumbar block is designed to provide optimal support for the lumbar joints while encouraging natural support by the core muscles. Lumbar joints are often damaged and often cannot regenerate and heal completely. For this reason that Backhealth™ focuses on direct joint support and not on replacing the role of the muscle groups.

2 – Postural correction: Backhealth™ aims to correct spinal mechanics by changing behaviour through gentle muscle re-education. This re-education is done subconsciously and spontaneouslyby eliminating old spinal habits and creating a new muscular memory. The lumbar block maintains the optimal curvature of the spine while keeping the vertebrae in correct alignment.

3 – Pain Relief: The pain relief provided by Backhealth™ is the result of three factors : adequate joint support, passive postural correction and the application of a static magnetic field with gradients and alternating polarities.

My mom's back started hurting during the quarantine from both doing too much house chores and sitting on the couch. The doctor told her to buy one of these back belts, so we did. There are plenty of options online but we ultimately went with this one. It's been a life saver. It eases the pain when she's wearing it and it's so easy to put on and take off.

Well made product. Used for back support when bicycling. Does not restrict my breathing as otherheavier supports have done. i get satisfactory support while the brace moves with me. Other bracesrestricted movement and were uncomfortable. I like it and will add another because the coming heatperspiration and sun exposure will wear on it. After 400 miles of cool spring weather riding with this braceon it still looks and feels like day one. Shirts, shorts, shoes, gloves, I wear everything out.

finding a support belt that fits and works can be hard. using my actual waist measurement it called for a 5x. i ordered a 4x and it fit perfectly so you may want to consider the next size down.

You don't have to wear the straps if you don't want to. I pulled them right off immediately. Don't worry they are Velcro and come right off and can easily be put back on. Soon as I put it on I felt instant relief. My back always hurts pretty badly on a day to day basis. It did not take the pain completely away but I can definitely feel a difference. Only thing I wish for if it I could get it a little bit tighter or even if the material for around the back had some cushion to really force my back to feel great. But NO COMPLAINTS. It gives your back support like it's supposed to. It's a little thick to try and wear under your clothes if you are a female. But depending on the shirt you could probably get away with it. Fits almost like a waist trainer but not really because it's not right like a waist trainer.I did receive this product for free or discounted for my honest and unbiased review.
