   I'm not completely sure, and I'm not an audiologist, but these do seem to help. I've only been using them (for a week) in my right ear. and I've skipped a few sessions, but the loudness of the (5 year long) hissing seems to have decreased. Coincidence or cure? Time will tell...

   These are more comfortable than I expected. Some ear inserts can irritate the skin over time. This does not. The only bummer is having them in your ears for 30 mins. You can hear with them, just a little less. I really can't speak to their effectiveness. I'm assuming it takes time and some benefits aren't calculable.

   This is absolutely the best item for me. I had been suffering from tinnitus for over a week. Ordered this product & my first night used it per instructions woke up next morning & the buzzing in my ear was completely gone. It’s been 1 week still using it just to ensure buzzing to stop. I must state this product is amazing if u are suffering from tinnitus this is absolutely the very best. I tried 3 or 4 various ear drops to no avail. This product I say please try it . It works wonders !!!!!

   So I have recently been suffering from tinnitus and the ringing has gotten a bit out of hand. So I came across this bad boy and let me tell you the comfort they have brought is amazing. They are small and compact so you can take them anywhere basically. They are like ear buds so sit comfortably in your ears. And honestly it’s just became apart of my daily routine. I pop them in for 15-20 min when I’m reading and don’t even notice they are there! However come night time the noise is much more quieter! Not gone completely but definitely manageable!

   I’ve been using this Red Light Therapy for Nose & Ears and I’m really impressed with the results! The design is lightweight and comfortable, especially with the convenient neck-hanging option, so I can move around while using it. The built-in auto timer makes it super easy to use without worrying about overdoing it. I love that it’s rechargeable and portable, perfect for home or travel.    It arrived fairly quickly; everything that was supposed to be in the package was actually there and in good condition. After I charged it, the lights turn on and stay on for 30 minutes, with the charge holding up for several days of treatment. I’ve only had the product for a few days, so the jury’s still out on actual results, but my fingers are crossed. I have terrible tinnitus that has become so loud and nonstop it gives me headaches and keeps me from joining conversations, because I can’t hear well enough to keep up, so I do a lot of nodding. I have been suckered into buying so many products that promise relief but don’t, so I’m bracing myself for disappointment but still hoping. I will revise the review when I have used the lights long enough to tell if it actually helps.

   I have eczema and it has helped decrease the inflammation and I feel that I have less flares now in my we canals. Using it for a month now. Easy to use, holds the charge for a long time and comfortable.

   I picked this up more out of curiosity than anything, but I’ve actually come to appreciate it as part of my wind-down routine. The 660nm red light isn't some instant miracle fix, but it does offer a gentle, warming sensation that feels calming, especially after a long day when ear or nasal pressure tends to flare up. Setup is easy. The device comes with multiple silicone ear tips (S/M/L), and the nasal applicator is soft and flexible — no discomfort swapping between them. The neckband design is also a smart touch. It’s lightweight, adjustable, and doesn’t tug on your ears or nose like I was half-expecting. Once it’s on, you kind of forget about it. The three intensity levels are a nice feature. I usually stick with the medium (Mode 2), which is a pulsing red light — not harsh on the eyes and subtle enough to use while reading or watching TV.    I was pleasantly surprised at how well this worked on my nose. It was much easier to breath with the plugs in my nose because it widens the opening and has holes in the plugs to allow airflow. It also seemed to help with pain and pressure

   If you suffer from tinnitus, you know just how frustrating it can be. There are many home “remedies” for it that I’ve tried, and none of them worked. This device actually did! While I can’t guarantee it will work for everyone, I personally saw significant tinnitus reduction after about 20 minutes of use. It is still present, but much less noticeable. I look forward to using them more. Still, if they helped this much already, I would be satisfied. The product itself is of fair quality in terms of materials - but not exceptional. You will likely need to experiment to find the right ear tips so that they fit well. Its price is seemingly high, but I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. **Note** If you do purchase these and have severe tinnitus, it will be uncomfortable to have them in your ears as they block out the majority of external noise - accentuating the ringing. I found that using only one at a time while having a fan running nearby helped with this.

   The Red Light Therapy for the Nose and Ears. This device is an excellent nasal therapy that uses red light therapy. The product is lightweight with a smooth design, and the neck hanging design makes it so easy to use. It has a thirty-minute auto shut-off, so if you fall asleep while using the device, it will automatically shut off. The silicone tips are washable and come in three sizes. If you are looking for a device like this, you’ve found it.

   I have been looking for something to help my tinnitus, and read that red ligh therapy may help. The headset has a thin bendable neck band to help with comfort when laying down, and options for the ear cover. It states to use it twice a day for 30 mins each time. I guess time will tell if it works, but 5 stars for comfort and easy usage

   *Update after 30 days use: I wish they'd come with some sort of carrying case (especially since I use both the earbuds and the nostril buds daily), because pulling them in and out of the box twice a day is quite the nuisance but if I don't put them in the box I inevitably will lose the pieces. I wish they accommodated for different sized nostrils (like there are multiple ear sizes), because these seem rather large for me. I feel like I cracked the code for busy users who can't spare 1 hour per day without full auditory function. Especially since I use both nostril and ear therapy, I pop one in my ear, and the other in my nose, and just alternate it after 30 minutes is up. I typically have to put medicine in my left ear 3x per day and I haven't had to do that. 08/26 ear pimple "kernel" came out on a q-tip (I've been battling this ear pimple for over a year). 09/01/ ran out of battery for the first time. Started charging at 10:00 a.m. finish charging by 12:30pm (possibly sooner because I wasn't paying attention). 09/13 This device has significantly improved my comfort and health. I've noticed a complete turnaround in my ability to sleep through the night and not wake myself up snoring. I'm not plagued with the typical seasonal allergy sneeze fest stuffy nosed misery that accompanies any sort of shift in weather. My eczema has significantly improved in my ear and I'm only having to use medicine a couple times a week if that when I was using it twice a day before. 09/15 Now I'm just going to use if I'm feeling symptoms, although I'm the only one in my household that didn't catch a nasty flu this week. I ordered these because of all the inconvenient places to get eczema, I have it in my outer left ear canal and my left nostril. I also have a reoccurring pimple in one of my ears, so I thought I'd give this a try. I like that the timer defaults to 30 minutes per session (although I wish it had a beep, because while using the earbuds, you can't see the indicator light unless you pull it around to continuously check on it). The neck band is soft and flexible, and the whole device is lightweight. Even though both sides appear to have buttons, only one side controls the device, but you can just flip it either way depending on whether you're a lefty or righty. The ear buds muffle sound but you'll still be able to hear media, voices, phone alerts, etc. I didn't feel any temperature change (the buds didn't heat up my ears or nostrils, and the device remained cool). I wondered if this was going to reach where I needed it to, (my eczema protrudes to the outer portion of my ear), but the infrared light travels through the silicone. Surprisingly, I could still breathe out of my nose with these in, and comfortably wear my glasses. Ironically, I had some allergy congestion along with a head cold, and after about 10 minutes I could already feel a difference. My congestion begin clearing up. I could breathe a little easier even with these giant nostril screws in my nose. Haha I wasn't expecting them to be as soft and comfortable as they were. I didn't like how the cords felt hanging against my lips, so I easily twisted them a bit and they remained in place flaring out sideways. It was simple to wash the buds with hypoallergenic soap and warm water (I closed the drain on my sink, just in case), and let them air dry on a tissue. So far, I love this already. I'll give updates as I use it on effectiveness, battery life, and quality.
