    This is my second neck traction collar. After an accident where I experience whiplash, I purchased this pillow. It helped me so much that I finally got to a point where I felt comfortable lending it to a friend. Well after a month, I realized that she needed more then I did.     I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and durability of this product. It is made of quality, soft velvet backed rubber. Very comfy, and feels well put together. Works better than I expected. With proper adjustment of the velcro straps, allow the device to gently stretch neck and relieves pressure without squeezing sides of neck uncomfortably. My chiropractor has a neck traction table that he straps me into after doing an adjustment, that feels very much like what this product does. I can duplicate that action at home without paying an extra $30, which is fine by me. Would recommend.
